KSM fully acquires Fuor Digital
Kelly Scott Madison to fully acquire subsidiary company Fuor Digital
Sister agency melds back-end operations into KSM’s existing digital team
CHICAGO – June 4, 2012
An improving business climate and management’s plans for future company expansion contributed to the decision. This announcement complements a rebranding move KSM made earlier in the year that brought select Fuor account representatives into KSM’s recently created digital team.

Having completed the integration of Fuor’s account services into KSM’s digital team earlier this year, no major changes will occur for either companies’ clients. The main shift transpiring over the coming month will be the transfer of Fuor’s back-end operations, data systems, and proprietary platforms into KSM.
