Multiple Kelly Scott Madison Departments Undergo
Reorganization and Expansion as Top Performers are Promoted

Three Departments Combined See 10 Employee Promotions Across the Company,
Considerably Strengthening Operational Vitality

CHICAGO - July 11, 2011 

Kelly Scott Madison, a leading architect of media planning strategies today announced a wide array of internal promotions across three integral operations and client service departments.

KSM’s success is attributable to both our media team’s dedicated work ethic and our client’s continually favorable business performance. We are glad that theses positive factors have resulted in the ability to reward our media specialists with promotions,” said KSM President Joni Williams.

Since the beginning of 2010 KSM has experienced a 40 percent increase in total staff size. This growth directly correlates to company executives’ strong enterprising disposition and lays the groundwork for providing KSM’s personnel with the tools and support necessary to aggressively capture additional market share in the coming years. Other contributing factors to this evolving workforce surround KSM’s progressive approach towards full-service media consultation and purchasing.

KSM’s Planning Department experienced the most position advancement with seven of its members being promoted. Those individuals include: former associate media planner now media planner, Anne Powelson; former planning coordinator now associate media planner, Elyce Wagner; former associate media planner now media planner, Erin Madden; former associate media planner now media planner, Kelly Sexton; former associate media planner now media planner, Lauren Nelson; former associate media planner now media planner, Cora Bryan; and former planner now senior planner, Cindy Shekoski.

In KSM’s Broadcast Department both Angel Zhang and Oliver Harper were promoted from junior buyers to buyers. In the company’s Accounting Department, former Client Accounting Assistant Mike Zemelko is now a client account specialist.
